તાજેતરમાં Telegram પર spam અને hackingના કેસ ઝડપી ગતિએ વધી રહ્યા છે. ઘણા લોકો કહી રહ્યા છે કે તેમના મિત્રો અથવા ઓળખીતાઓના Telegram accountમાંથી અજાણ્યા links, adult video links અને spam messages આવી રહ્યા છે. મોકલનાર લોકો સ્પષ્ટ કહી રહ્યા છે કે તેમણે કોઈ message મોકલ્યો નથી. આથી સાબિત થાય છે કે Telegram પર spam attack, hacking attempt અને bot activity વધી રહી છે.
શું થઈ રહ્યું છે?
ઘણા કેસોમાં hacker અથવા bot કોઈ user ના Telegram account માં unauthorized session ખોલી લે છે. Session ખૂલ્યા પછી system પોતે જ તેના contacts ને spam message મોકલે છે.
આ messages સામાન્ય રીતે આ પ્રકારના હોય છે:

- adult video link
- unknown website link
- short URL (bit.ly, cutt.ly જેવા)

તમે શું કરવું જોઈએ?
જો તમને આવા spam messages મળે, તો નીચેના simple safety steps follow કરો:
- link ક્યારેય click ન કરવો
- sender ને તરત Block કરવો
- Report Spam કરવું
- Telegram માં Two-Step Verification ON રાખવી
- Settings → Privacy → Active Sessions → unknown devices logout કરવું
- unknown users તરફથી message permission “Nobody” પર રાખવી
આ settings hacking થી બચાવે છે.
જેનેથી message આવ્યો છે, તેને શું કરવું?
જો કોઈ friend કહે કે “મેં message નથી મોકલ્યો”, તો તેનો account compromised હોઈ શકે છે.
તેને કહો:
- Active Sessions માં જઈને બધા unknown devices logout કરો
- Two-Step Verification ON કરો
- Telegram password બદલો
- Phone/PC full scan કરો
- Recent downloads delete કરો
આ steps પછી spam મોકલાવા બંધ થઈ જાય છે.
